Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro renews at US$7 monthly or US$59 annually according to your chosen interval. Cancel through the subscription-management controls in your account before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops the next charge and leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Check the displayed end date and cancellation confirmation.

If you cannot access the cancellation controls, contact iggykoswork@gmail.com promptly so we can help. An ordinary cancellation of renewal does not itself request a refund or exercise a statutory right to withdraw from a contract.

We provide refunds and other remedies when applicable law requires them. We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee or a general refund for unused subscription time. This does not exclude remedies for a defective or misdescribed service, an unauthorised or incorrect charge, or any other protected situation.

Consumers in some jurisdictions, including the EEA and UK where the relevant distance-contract rules apply, normally have an initial 14-day period to withdraw from a qualifying subscription contract. The applicable rules determine eligibility, the start of that period and the remedy. Starting to use Pro or downloading a package is not treated by this policy as an automatic waiver of all statutory rights.

We do not assume that every renewal creates a new withdrawal period. Any rights that do arise on renewal or following a change remain available. The law applicable to the transaction takes priority over this policy.

Use our legal-request page or email iggykoswork@gmail.com. Clearly state whether you want to withdraw from the contract, dispute a charge or request another statutory remedy. Include your account email and enough purchase details to identify the subscription. A clear withdrawal statement is sufficient; you do not have to use a particular legal phrase or provide a reason where the law does not require one.

We record your request and review the applicable right and transaction. Submission is not an automatic refund, but operator review does not remove the effect or timeliness of a valid statutory notice. Keep the acknowledgement or a copy of your message. We will respond and arrange any required refund within the applicable legal deadline, normally to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. If the request page fails, use email; a technical problem with our form does not limit another lawful way to give notice.
