Frequently asked questions
How long do I keep the launch price?
Subscribe during the launch offer and keep $7/month or $59/year for as long as your subscription continues without interruption. It is not a first-payment discount. Canceling renewal does not end your price protection until your subscription actually ends. If you subscribe again after it ends, the price available at that time applies. Switching billing intervals uses the price shown for the new interval before you confirm.
Can I try Pro features before paying?
Yes. Create a free account, upload your SVGs and explore every setting before subscribing. You can generate the demo pack for free while its supplied SVG files remain unchanged. Exporting your own logo or icon files requires Pro. Pro renews automatically until canceled.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your saved logo files and export settings stay in your account. You can keep using ZIPs already downloaded to your device. Generating another package from your own artwork requires an active Pro subscription. Demo exports remain available with your free account.
Is this per logo or per account?
Pro is per account — one subscription covers all your logo projects.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no second charge today.
